Jerk Philly Cheesesteak 

Alright, hear me out — Philly cheesesteak, but make it jerk. We’re talking shaved steak tossed in Ting A Ling Jerk Marinade, peppers and onions sizzling up, cheese melting everywhere, and a little jerk mayo to tie it all together. It’s messy, it’s spicy, and it’s the kinda sandwich you’ll whip up for your next gathering… then find yourself licking your fingers and probably not sharing.

1. Make the Jerk Mayo:
● Mix Ting A Ling Jerk Sauce and mayonnaise in a small bowl until smooth. Set aside.

2. Cook the Beef:
● Toss shaved steak with Ting A Ling Jerk Marinade and steak seasoning.
● Heat 1 tbsp olive oil on a griddle/skillet over medium-high heat.
● Add beef and Worcestershire sauce, cook 3–4 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.

3. Cook the Veggies:
● On the same griddle, sauté onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms until softened and
slightly caramelized, about 5–6 minutes.

4. Combine Beef & Pepper Jack Cheese:
● Return cooked beef to the griddle with the veggies.
● Top with pepper jack cheese and mix everything together until slightly melted.

5. Toast the Rolls & Melt Provolone:
● Spread butter inside the rolls and toast lightly on the griddle until golden.
● Top the beef-veggie mixture with provolone cheese to melt while the rolls toast.
● Optional: Brush tops of rolls with egg wash and sprinkle Everything Bagel Seasoning, then bake briefly if desired.

6. Assemble the Sandwiches:
● Spread jerk mayo inside each toasted roll.
● Add the cheesy beef-veggie mixture.
● Serve immediately while hot and melty.
