Jamaica-bred, Caribbean-tied.
Like true foodies, our story began in a cozy family kitchen in the heart of Spanish Town, Jamaica. It was there, amidst the warmth of family and the aroma of simmering spices, that our passion for bold Caribbean flavors ignited.
But as fate would have it, our journey led us to the States, where the challenge of recreating our cherished family recipes became a daunting task amid uninspiring grocery aisles lacking the range and diversity of ingredients we had grown accustomed to. Our bright, bold, rhythmic, and vibey culture was missing in action.
Wanting to share our rich culinary heritage and bring real Caribbean flavors to kitchens everywhere, we started Ting A Ling. With our deep Caribbean roots and Mom’s expertise as a chef, we uniquely understand what makes our food taste "wicked" (truly special).
We believe the taste of the Caribbean should always remain true to its roots – authentic in every bite and of the highest quality. After all, there's truly nowhere better than "yaad" (home).
