Ting A Ling Jerk Wings

Serves: 4

Ingredients:
    • 2 lbs of chicken wings
    • 1 onion
    • 1 bunch of fresh thyme
    •  ¼ cup crushed pimento
    • 2 tbsp chopped garlic
    • 1 scotch bonnet pepper
    • ½ cup soy sauce 
    • ⅓ cup vinegar 
    • 1 tbsp all-purpose seasoning 
    • 1 tsp salt 
    • 1 tsp black pepper 
    • 1 tbsp browning 

    Condiment: 1 bottle of Every Ting Jerk Sauce

Instructions:
    • Wash wings with vinegar and water set aside
    • Blend all other ingredients together in a food processor
    • Add mixture to wings and sit overnight or for 2 hours
    • Place wings on grill or in oven and cook until temperature reads 165°
    • Toss wings in Ting A Ling Jerk Sauce
