Sweet Chili Jerk Wings

Serves: 4-6 people

Ingredients:
    • 2 lbs chicken wings
    • 2 tbsp salt
    • 1 tsp black pepper
    • 1 tsp paprika
    • 1 tbsp all-purpose seasoning
    • ½ cup Tingling Jerk Marinade
    • ¼ cup Every Ting Jerk Sauce
    • ¼ cup Sweet Chili Sauce
    • 2 scallions, thinly sliced for garnish
    • 1 small sweet pepper, sliced for garnish
Instructions:
    • Preheat the Oven
      Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.

    • Season the Wings
      In a large bowl, season the chicken wings with salt, black pepper, paprika, and all-purpose seasoning. Toss the wings until evenly coated.

    • Marinate the Wings
      Pour the Tingling Jerk Marinade over the wings, making sure all the wings are fully coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the wings marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight for deeper flavor.

    • Bake the Wings
      Place the marinated wings on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through to ensure even cooking. The wings should be golden brown and crispy.

    • Make the Sauce
      While the wings are baking, combine the Every Ting Jerk Sauce and Sweet Chili Sauce in a small bowl. Mix well and set aside.

    • Toss with Sauce
      Once the wings are baked to perfection, remove them from the oven and immediately toss them in the Every Ting Jerk and Sweet Chili Sauce mixture. Make sure all the wings are evenly coated.

    • Garnish and Serve
      Garnish the sauced wings with sliced scallions and sweet peppers for a pop of color and extra flavor.
